Sager Dış Ticaret (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Sager Order Tracking mobile application (“App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly.

1. Information We Collect

Name & Email Address – used for account setup, login, and support.
Invitation Code – provided by us to activate your account.
Order Information – shipment details we store so you can track orders.
Device/Technical Data – limited device and OS information for app functionality and security.

We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. There are no ads or in-app purchases.

2. How We Use Information

Authenticate accounts via Firebase Authentication.
Provide order tracking via Cloud Firestore (read access to your records).
Send push notifications for order updates and important account information.
Maintain the security and functionality of the App.

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or marketing.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Your data is stored on Google Firebase services (Authentication & Firestore), which apply industry-standard security controls.

4. Retention & Deletion

We retain account and order data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@sager.com.tr or using the Delete Account page. We will delete your data unless retention is required by law.

5. Push Notifications

Notifications are limited to order updates and essential account messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Request corrections.
Request deletion.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
